摘　　要：心脏淀粉样变性是淀粉样物质在心脏沉积所致的心肌疾病,诊治难度大,预后不佳。其主要表现与治疗方案与临床分型有关。早期诊断和治疗该疾病有助于改善预后。Cardiac amyloidosis is a cardiomyopathy caused by the deposition of amyloidogenic protein in the heart. The clinical mani- festations and therapy methods associate with clinical classification. Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis of disease.
