摘 要:对数控系统插补算法中的比较积分法进行了深入研究,并且针对插补进程时难以确定坐标轴首次进给方向和坐标轴的进给方向不能根据实际插补误差大小进行适当修正等问题,提出了一种改进的比较积分法插补算法。同时,基于改进的比较积分法插补算法和坐标平移变换原理设计了数控插补仿真系统,实现了直线、圆弧插补轨迹的二维动态仿真。通过仿真轨迹充分验证了改进的插补算法不仅没有影响比较积分法运算简单的优点,而且有效的提高了插补精度。It carried on a further research on the interpolation algorithm of the comparative integral in the numerical control system, and improved the interpolation algorithm which had difficulty in controlling the direction of the feed for the first time and could not be properly revised on the basis of the interpolation error. At the same time, the designed simulation system which was based on the improved interpolation algorithm and the principle of translation transform realized two-dimensional dynamic of linear and arc interpolation. The interpolation trajectory proved the algorithm not only hod no effect on the advantage of the simple operation, but also effectively improved the precision of the interpolation.
