摘  要:市面销售的M5、M6螺栓拧紧测量设备仅能测量拧紧扭矩且价格昂贵,针对该现状,研发螺栓预紧力测量装置。该装置包括:安装板、压力块、内螺纹柱、压力传感器、连接螺栓。将该装置应用于螺栓拧紧过程的监控,实现了对拧紧扭矩和预紧力的同时检测,实时调整设备的拧紧扭矩,使得螺栓装配预紧力达到设计要求。测量装置为螺栓连接,易损件互换性强;结构设计精巧,仅用市面销售的普通压力传感器即能达到预紧力测量要求,成本低廉。该装置特别适合于有M5、M6螺栓装配的小微制造企业采用。Tightening measuring equipment of M5 and M6 bolt can only measure tightening torque which is expensive. Aiming at the present situation,it develops measuring device for bolt pre-tightening force. The device includes mounting plate, pressure block, inner screw column, pressure sensor, and connecting bolt. Applying the device to monitoring the bolt tightening process ,detecting the tightening torque and pre-tightening force simultaneously,it adjusts tightening torque to make the pre-tighteningforce to meet design demand. The parts of device are assembled by bolt which is easy to repair. Common pressure sensor of low cost can meet requirements for measuring pre-tightening force. The device is particularly suitable for small manufacturing enterprises taking on M5,M6 bolt assembly.
