摘 要:根据轮胎模具零件特征的特点,从特征信息表达、工艺知识库创建和工艺路线决策三方面对轮胎模具工艺知识自学习方法进行研究。首先根据轮胎模具零件特征加工时的依赖关系建立特征依赖树模型,用于表达零件特征信息;接着以特征依赖关系及特征与工艺之间的对应关系为出发点创建工艺知识库;最后采用相似案例集和互补案例集指导新案例进行工艺路线决策。全文以轮胎模具钢花纹圈工艺设计为例,通过自学习得到了与实际工艺设计高度吻合的工艺文件。A new process self-learning method applied in tire mold manufacturing was proposed. The method was studied from three aspects : featuresexpression, processing knowledge established and process route decision.Initially, in order to express the tire mold partsfeaturesinformation, the feature dependency tree mold was established according to the dependency relations during feature processing.Then a processing knowledge base was established based on the dependency relations of features and the correspondence between features and technology. At last, the proceduree of deciding new case process route by similar case collection and complementary case collection was discussed. The process documents of steel circle pattern of tire moldhad been successfully designed by self-learning, and the resultswere highly consistent with the actual process design.
