摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的不断发展,教育督导方式也在不断随之变化,学生学习督导便是此趋势下出现的全新学习督导模式。这种模式通过在学生中选用一批专业技能水平高、操作熟练的同学参与教学,协助任课老师指导学生学习,进行专业知识学习和专业技能训练,帮助学生快速高效地学习,提高课堂授课效果,这样的模式,能让学生在互相帮助中促进共同学习、共同进步,让学生更加优秀、更加专业。The constant development of China higher education requires change of education supervision model. A new model of education supervision-students tutor-emergies in response to this trend. By involving a group of learned and experienced students in the process of teaching professional knowledge and practical skills ,his model helps students and teachers. Teachers can use this model to improve the effect of classroom teaching while students can have the chance to enhance theirprofessional kills .This model will promote colearning and common progress by mutual help among students. Thus more outstanding and professional talents will be developed.
