乡村住宅空间分化与社区空间重构

摘　　要：研究了乡村住宅空间的分化动因、分化机理和发展趋势,发现:乡村社会分层和农户居住需求的复杂化使乡村住宅空间系统中各功能空间的性质和边界越来越清晰。住宅空间作为乡村区域空间的最小单元,其分化后的多种空间类型会影响整个乡村的空间形态。因此,基于不同空间结构要素与农户类型相匹配产生的住宅空间模式,针对乡村社区的城镇化特点,将乡村的居住点空间和社区空间进行重构,并提出若干乡村住宅的建设思路,为乡村住宅规划和社区规划的内涵式、服务式发展提出初步的建议。This paper analyzes the differentiation motivation, differentiation mechanisms and differentiation trends of rural residential spaces, finding that the increasing complexity of rural social stratification and rural residents＇ housing demands have gradually clarified the nature and boundary among various functional spaces in the rural housing space system. As the minimum unit of the village regional space, housing space, after being divided into multiple space types, may influence the whole rural spatial morphology. Based on the urbanization characteristics of rural communities and the housing space models generated due to the matching of different rural household types and space structural elements, rural housing space and community space are restructured. Besides, it puts forward several village housing construction strategies, which may serve as preliminary suggestions for the connotative and service-oriented development of rural housing planning and community planning.
