摘  要:发电计划制定依赖于准确的负荷预测数据、拓扑结构等边界条件,日前发电计划的优化结果经过日内计划和实时计划两个周期的修正然后执行,最终由调频AGC机组负责平衡联络线功率和系统频率调整。因此,建立与各周期相适应的优化模型,并协调不同周期发电计划的优化结果是实现发电计划编制精益化的关键。文章首先探讨了不同周期发电计划的协调方式;随后分别建立了应用于电力市场环境下的日内及实时发电计划的数学模型;在制定日内计划时将AGC调节作为一种辅助服务,其优化目标为计及AGC调节辅助费用的总购电成本最小,在制定实时计划时其优化目标为机组实时计划与日内计划的调整量最小。通过在某省的实际算例测试,证明了文章所提模型的正确性和有效性。Generation scheduling depends on accurate boundary conditions such as load forecast data and topology structure. Before the actual implementation,optimization result of day-ahead schedule was needed to be rolling corrected by intraday scheduling and real-time scheduling. Finally,AGC unit charged with equilibrium of tie-line power and adjustment on system frequency. It was the key to establish optimization models which adapt to different dispatch period and coordinate different period optimization results for achieving the accurate generation scheduling. In this paper, coordination mode of different period generation scheduling was firstly discussed; Then, the mathematical models of intraday scheduling and real-time scheduling were established in the electricity market environment; Intra- day scheduling model had taken AGC regulation as a kind of auxiliary service,so intraday optimization goal was the minimum total purchasing cost which contained AGC regulation auxiliary cost. At real-time optimization stage,the optimized objective was the minimum deviation between real-time output and intraday output of the units. Through practical application in a provincial power grid,the proposed model is proved to be correct and effective.
