摘　　要：对广域监测与稳定控制系统的发展历史及应用现状进行了概述,对基于PMU的广域监测与稳定控制系统的基本原理和构成做了详细的介绍,探讨了PMU/WAMS系统的基本原理、组成结构和关键技术问题,最后对PMU/WAMS系统的发展前景进行了初步展望。This paper introduces the development of wide area monitoring and control system and its application status in power system,then introduces the basic principle, the system structure and the technical problems of the PMU/ WAMS. Finally,the application prospects of PMU/WAMS system are given.
