天然脂肪醇制备工艺的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了脂肪酸甲酯加氢制备天然脂肪醇工艺的研究进展,介绍了一些新型的操作工艺(如添加溶剂、气相加氢和超临界工艺),讨论了超临界工艺制备天然醇的影响因素,结果表明,超临界工艺具有较好的应用前景。In this paper, recent progress with respect to the hydrogrnation of fatty acidmethyl esters to fatty alcohols was reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of several new processes, such as vapor-phase hydrogenation, liquid-phase hydrogenation, and supercritical fluids hydrogenation were introduced. The effect of supereritical fluids, reaction temperature and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil on the reaction were discussed. It can be concluded that the process, using supercritical fluids as reaction medium, has many advantages as well as a promising future.
