摘 要:为建立丹参茎叶质量标准,按照2010年版《中国药典》相关要求,分别建立丹参茎叶总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、薄层色谱等项目的检查方法并规定限度,采用HPLC法建立丹参茎叶的迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B含量测定方法并规定了限度.结果表明:丹参茎叶的总灰分不应超过7.22%,酸不溶性灰分不应超过0.67%,浸出物不得少于14.54%,迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B含量分别0.34%-0.94%、0.68%-0.14%之间.本研究建立的质量标准可以控制丹参茎叶的质量.The paper was going to establish the quality standard of salvia miltiorrhiza stem leaf. According to the related requirements of the 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", the checking methods concerning salvia miltiorrhiza stem leaf total ash, acid insoluble ash, extract, thin layer chromatography should be established and limits should be established too. The HPLC method was adopted to establish the determination method to test the content of the rosemary acid and the salvianolic acid B in salvia miltiorrhiza leaf and the specific limits were also established. The results showed that the total ash content should not exceed 7.22% of the salvia miltiorrhiza leaf; acid insoluble ash of the salvia miltiorrhiza stem leaf should not exceed 0.67% ;extract should not be less than 14.54%;the content of rosemary acid and salvianolic acid B should be between 0.34 - 0.94% and 0.68 - 0.14%. The quality standards established by the study could be used to control the quality of the salvia miltiorrhiza stem leaves.
