摘 要:通过建立一种快速、精确、灵敏度高、耗用量低的LC-ESI-MS分析方法,用于分析金钱草粗提物这类多组分的复杂体系,拟为建立金钱草的指纹图谱提供依据.结果显示:共检测到物质峰295个,在排除空白样品峰、一级质谱中所包含的二级质谱碎片峰及无活性的糖类物质峰后,确定分子式的化合物峰有43个,其中,已报道的成分有12个,未报道的新化合物31个(包括有黄酮类活性物质2个),针对这些未报道的物质的分析,有助于后期进一步有选择地分离提取金钱草的活性新成分.The paper is aimed at establishing a rapid, exact, highly sensitive and low-consumption method of LC-ESI-MS(liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry) to analyze the complex multicomponent crude extract of Lysimachia Christinae Hance and provide a basis for the fingerprints of Lysimachia Christinae Hance. The 295 peaks in total were detected in this paper. After eliminating the blank sample peaks, the peaks of the fragments in MS2 included in MS and the peaks of inactive saccharides, 43 compound peaks with specific monocular formula were found,among which 12 compound peaks were reported, while 31 new compound peaks were not(including 2 new active flavonoids). Analysis of these unreported substances would contribute to the further selective separation and extraction of the new active components in Lysimachia Christinae Hance.
