摘　　要：针对医院财务、物资管理瓶颈以及人力资源管理需求,结合HIS系统和数据库,从运行环境、安全标准、功能模块等方面综合考虑,设计了一套适合医院使用的综合管理信息系统,以提高人、财、物、信息四方面的资源管理能力,实现医院运营管理的科学化、规范化、精细化。According to the requirements of hospital financial business, bottleneck of material management and human re- source management, combined with the hospital information system （ HIS） and the database, based on the system running envi- ronment, safety standards and function module, a set of integrated management information system suitable for use in the hospital was designed. It aimed to promote the resources management ability from four aspects ： human, finance, material and information resources; to achieve the scientific, standardized and delicacy hospital operation management.
