融合等级医院评审标准与ISO9001标准重建质量管理体系的实践与体会

摘　　要：方法分析融合等级医院评审标准与ISO9001标准,重建医院质量管理体系的可行性;掌握体系重建的时机;抓住体系重点进行重建,即文件体系重建,并对体系重建进行审核。结果文件体系内容丰富,审核体系可起到监督作用,医院质量与安全得到保证,管理水平得到提升,顺利通过三级医院评审。体会ISO9001体系管理是基础,学习是做好重建体系的前提,院长重视是保证,实事求是是关键,创新是体系完善的动力。结论将ISO9001体系与等级医院评审标准融合,重建医院质量管理体系是可行的,也是适宜的、充分的、有效的,对医院的质量管理及医院等级评审工作有很大的促进作用。Method To analyze the feasibility of reconstruction of hospital quality management system with integrating the hospital rank evaluation standard and ISO9001 standard ; to grasp the opportunity for the system reconstruction ; to focus effectively on the system reconstruction points, which includes file system reconstruction and examination system rebuilding. Result The file system became more abundant, and examination system played the role of supervision. The quality and safety of hospital got guar- antee, promoting the management level and making the hospital pass third - level hospital evaluation. Experience ISO9001 sys- tem management is the foundation. Learning is the premise of completing system reconstruction. The attention of hospital president is a guarantee. Seeking truth from facts is the key. Innovation is the motivation of the refining development of the system. Conclu- sion Reconstruction of hospital quality management system integrating the hospital level evaluation standard and IS09001 system is feasible, suitable, adequate and effective. It accelerates greatly the quality management and level assessment of hospital.
