摘　　要：成立温心圈,对心内科住院患者24小时尿量记录不合格情况进行查检,采用关联图对读数不准、重复记录两大问题的主要原因进行分析,从录制宣教视频、直接报废变形便器、校正便器刻度、使用设计好的表格等方面组织改进。患者24小时尿量记录不合格率由85%降低至10%,达到了活动目标。The wenxin circle was founded to inspect the unqualified rate of 24 hours urine record among inpatients in Depart- ment of Cardiology. Cause analysis was performed on two main problems, inaccurate readings and duplicate records, by using the correlation graph. Furthermore, other countermeasures included the developed health education video based on the major factors, direct scrapped deformation toilet, corrected toilet scale, designed table, etc. The unqualified rate of 24 hours urine record among patients reduced from 85% to 10%, reaching the activity target.
