摘　　要：组建心内二科QC小组,对经桡动脉介入术后术肢不适率进行查检,了解主要症结,采用鱼骨图分析原因并进行现场要因确认,从落实护理理论知识培训、制作术肢支持辅助用具、制作宣教材料、完善介入术后护理常规等方面进行改善。经桡动脉介入术后患者术肢不适率由71.4%降低到26.7%,达到了活动目标,提高了患者舒适度。The QC team in the Second Department of Cardiology was established to examine the postoperative limb discom- fort rate after transradial intervention and find the major problems. Furthermore, the fishbone diagram was used to analyze the cau- ses with conduction of on - site factors confirmation, and improvement was performed from the aspects of implementation of nurs- ing theory training, making surgery limb support aid tools, making education materials, and improving postoperative routine nurse care, etc. The postoperative limb discomfort rate after transradial intervention reduced from 71.4% to 26.7%, which reached the moving target and increased patients＇comfort level.
