摘　　要：血液供应可能面临血液不足、库存短缺等潜在威胁。明确血液库存分期,血站和医院共同建立血液库存预警及医院血液应急响应计划并保证落实,确保了血液安全,保证了急救用血,保障了安全、有序地度过血液库存短缺期。Blood supply faces many potential threats, and the direct manifestations include insufficient blood and inventory shortage. The countermeasures included clear inventory stage blood, establishment of a clear early warning by both blood bank and hospital and a plan of emergency response on hospital blood inventory with ensured implementation, which ensured blood safe- ty and emergency use of blood, guaranteed the safety and orderly going through the shortages of blood inventory.
