摘 要:目的探讨控制不符合项产生的有效措施,确保疾控中心质量管理体系的有效运行。方法统计2005年-2013年某市疾控中心质量管理体系的审核资料,分析不符合项分布规律及产生原因,提出改进措施。结果审核发现不符合项累计106项,分布在18个要素中,其中前3位为文件控制、记录控制和设备;实施性不符合项出现最多,占总项数的88.68%;不符合项数随着年份变化已平稳递减;预测至2018年累计不符合项为120项,显示质量管理体系运行良好,管理水平逐步提升。To discuss the effective measures on the nonconformance to ensure effective operation of the quality management system in CDC. Method The audit data of the quality management system in CDC in 2005 - 2013 were included to analyze the distribution and causes of nonconformance for the improvement measures. Result There were totally 106 nonconformi- ties which were distributed in 18 elements with the top three were document control, records control and equipment. The imple- mentation items had most nonconformities which accounted for 88.68% of the total number. The number of nonconformities had stead declined yearly. There will be totally 120 nonconformities forecasted till 2018, which shows quality management system is running well, and management level is improving.
