摘  要:为明确长江下游农区季节性栽培紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)春季的适宜施氮量,田间试验设60,120,180,240 kg N.hm^(-2)4个施氮水平,春季刈割3次测定了其干物质产量和饲用品质。2年试验结果表明,增施氮肥提高了紫花苜蓿各茬株高、一次分枝数、单株叶面积和单茎重.2年试验的总饲草干物质产量(DMY)均在180kg N·hm^(-2)处理时达最大值,分别为11440,11769 kg·hm^(-2)。施氮对紫花苜蓿的饲用品质影响较小.180和240ks N·hm^(-2)处理略微提高了饲草粗蛋白含量((2P)和干物质体外消化率(IVDMD),中性洗涤纤维含量(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维含量(ADF)有降低的趋势.综合2年的试验结果,该地区季节性栽培紫花苜蓿春季刈割3次的适宜施氮量为180 kg N·hm^(-2)。The effects of nitrogen application(60,120,180,240 kg N·hm^(-2)) on the forage dry matter yield(DMY) and quality of alfalfa in seasonal cultivation system were studied in field experiments in the lower Yangtze river region.The results of 2 years experiment showed that with increasing nitrogen fertilizer application,plant height,shoot number,leaf area/plant and shoot weight all increased gradually.Total DMY maximum values of both tested years were 11440 and 11769 kg·hm^(-2) at 180 kg N·hm^(-2) treatment.In our research,the increase of nitrogen application had a little impact on the forage quality of each cutting.The forage crude protein(CP) and in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD) were improved in the treatments of 180 and 240 kg N·hm^(-2),whereas neutral and acid detergent fiber(NDF,ADF) contents decreased slightly.In conclusion,the best nitrogen application rate is 180 kg N·hm^(-2) for alfalfa with seasonal cultivation in the lower Yangtze river region.
