摘 要:为探究紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)幼苗在生长前期对铅和水分胁迫的抗性,采用盆栽控水方法对幼苗生长、光合和水分生理方面进行了研究。结果表明:在铅胁迫下,随水分胁迫的加剧,幼苗株高和地径增长量、净光合速率(P_n)和蒸腾速率(T_r)逐渐减小;叶面积和叶绿素含量表现为先增大再减小;水分饱和亏和水分利用效率(WUE)呈增加趋势。与无铅对照相比,充分供水条件下,株高增长量高出对照32.9%。2000 mg·kg^(-1)的铅胁迫对紫穗槐幼苗的高生长有一定促进作用,土壤水分是影响幼苗前期生长的主导因子。In order to study the resistance of A.fruticosa to lead and water stress in initial growth stage,a pot experiment was conducted to study the growth,photosynthesis and water physiology of A.fruticosa.The results showed that under the Pb stress,the height and ground diameter increment,net photosynthesis rate(P_n),and transpiration rate(T_r) decreased with the aggravation of drought stress,and leaf area and chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased,while the water saturation deficits and water use efficiency(WUE) showed an opposite trend.In adequate water supply condition,plant height increased by 32.9%compared with the lead-free control.The lead stress of 2000 mg·kg^(-1) had a certain promoting effect on the height increment of A.fruticosa,and soil water content was the main factor of seedlings growth.
