摘　　要：绿色施工作为建筑全寿命周期中的一个重要阶段,是实现建筑领域资源节约和节能减排的关键环节.承包商作为施工活动的主体,决定着绿色施工方案的可行性及实施效果.从施工方案绿色度和承包商综合能力两方面出发,构建了多层次评价指标体系;利用粗糙集对指标进行了约简,并确定了指标权重;结合可拓理论构建了承包商绿色施工能力的评价模型.旨在为评价承包商的绿色施工能力提供一套评价方法,从而为企业选择绿色承包商提供依据.Green construction＇s an important phase of the whole life cycle of the building,is the key sector for achieving energy saving in construction.Contractor,the main body in construction activities,determines the feasibility and implementation of green construction plan and its effect.Considering both the construction program green performance and the contractors comprehensive capacity,a multi-level evaluation system is built;and a rough set theory to reduce index and calculate the weight is used.A green construction contractor capacity evaluation model is established by extension theory.It aims to provide a set of evaluation methods for the evaluation of the contractor＇s ability to undertaken green construction,and provide basis for enterprises to choose green contractors.
