新型超声造影剂Sono Vue对下肢动脉血管的血流显示研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新型超声造影剂Sono Vue在2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变诊断中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者20例作为研究组,另选取同期收治的非2型糖尿病患者20例作为对照组,对2组患者进行新型超声造影剂Sono Vue检查,对比分析2组患者的下肢血管病变情况。结果研究组患者的足背动脉、胫后动脉、月国动脉、股动脉内径值,均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的下肢血管闭塞、狭窄、斑块及动脉硬化检出率,均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新型超声造影剂Sono Vue检查,能准确诊断2型糖尿病患者的下肢血管病变情况,对于预防、治疗下肢血管病变具有重要的指导意义。Objective To study the new type of ultrasound contrast agents Sono Vue in the diagnosis of patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesions application effect. Methods 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital （40 cases） as research group, the other selection during the same period of the 20 patients with type 2 diabetes （40 cases） as control group, the two groups of patients with new type of ultrasound contrast agents than Vue check, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with lower limb vascular lesion. Results The patients with team of dorsalis pedis artery, posterior tibial artery, popliteal artery, femoral artery diameter values, were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, differences were statistically significant; Group of patients with lower limb vascular occlusion rate, narrow, plaques and hardening of the arteries, were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The new type of ultrasound contrast agents than Vue check, can accurate diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lesions, for prevention and treatment of lower extremity vascular lesions have important guiding significance.
