摘　　要：目的 :探讨冷冻同种异体骨关节移植后细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :采用SP法 ,检测 18例骨肿瘤患者行同种异体骨关节移植术前血清中T细胞亚群。结果 :行同种异体骨关节移植术的骨肿瘤患者术后 7d其细胞免疫功能降低 ,低于术前水平 ,14d后逐渐恢复 ,2 8d后可恢复至术前水平 ,没有出现明显的排斥反应。结论 :骨肿瘤患者行同种异体骨关节移植后宿主的细胞免疫功能无改变 。Objective:To study the change of postoperation cellular immune function in patients with frozen bone and osteochondral allografts.Methods:T lymphocyte subsets were detected by Biotin-Strptaoidin-Peroxidase(SP) in serum in 18 patients with frozen bone and osteochondral allografts preoperation.Results:The study revealed that 7 days after operation,cellular immune function would be further decreased;14 days after operation,cellular immune fnuction began to restore gardually;28 days after operation,it became to reach the level of preoperative.No hyperacute or acute rejection was seen.Conclusion:host-versus-grafte reaction following operation were not evident.Allograft as a satisfactory repair material is worth applying in reconsturction of massive bony defect
