摘  要:为测量活性污泥中K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al 5种金属元素的含量,以超声波分散污泥絮体为基础,提出了封闭回流消解/ICP?AES测量活性污泥金属元素的较优方法和程序。封闭回流消解过程中,先在1 mL超声波处理后的污泥样品中加入3.5 mL HNO3,于125℃消解35 min,然后加入0.5 mL H2O2,进一步消解10 min,保证ICP?AES测量污泥中K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Al含量时具有良好的准确度和精密度,其加标回收率为96.8%~104.6%,相对标准偏差≤4.3%。封闭回流消解/ICP?AES测量活性污泥金属元素具有操作简单、用酸量省、稳定性好、适用性强、结果准确可靠的优点。In order to simultaneously measure the contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe and Al of activated sludge, the appropriate pro-cess of measuring metallic elements with sealed digestion/ICP-AES was put forward, based on ultrasonic fragmentizing sludge flocs. In the course of sealed digestion, 3.5 mL HNO3 was added to 1 mL sludge sample treated with ultrasonic, and digested at 125℃for 35 min;and then the 0.5 mL H2O2 was added, and further digested at 125℃for 10 min. The sealed digestion could ensure the favor-able precision and accuracy of ICP-AES measuring the contents of K, Ca, Mg, Fe and Al of activated sludge, of which the recovery rate of standard addition was between 96.8%and 104.6%, and the relative deviation was lower than 4.3%. The method of measuring metallic elements of activated sludge with sealed digestion/ICP-AES was of such characteristics as being easy to operate, agent-sav-ing, stable, applicable and accurate.
