摘  要:自转妒炼钢方法出现后,由于其生产周期短、效率高,在钢铁企业中应用越来越广泛,;台炼技术也愈加成熟,转炉的公称容量也向大型化发展,生产成本不断下降,并逐步开发出顶底复吹工艺,然而不管工艺技术如何变化、进步,采用氧枪供氧依然是转炉生产的主要方式,氧枪粘钢仍是普遍存在的问题,如果不能有效解决该问题,对转炉冶金效果与生产效率、生产成本都会造成不利影响。Owing to short production cycle and high efficiency of converter steelmaking, it has been used more and more widely in iron and steel industry since it came out. Its techniques have become more and more mature. The nominal capacity of converter has become larger. Its production cost con- stanfly declines. Top-bottom combined blowing technology has been developed. However, no matter how its techniques change and evolve, oxygen supply with lance is still a main way to provide oxygen for converter steelmaking, and steel sticking to oxygen lance is still a common problem. If the problem cannot be solved effectively, metallurgical effect and efficiency and cost of converter steelmaking will be unfavorable.
