摘  要:针对1“高炉炉缸水温差高、技术经济指标恶化的问题.通过采取钒钛矿护炉、控制入炉粉末、调整上下部制度,强化炉缸冷却,2014年以来保持了高炉的稳定顺行,炉缸水温差降低,并取得了好的技术经济指标。Aiming at problems such as big rise of circulating cooling water temperature at furnace cylinder and poor technical economic indexes about No.1 blast furnace, through furnace maintenance with vanadium-titanium ore, decrease of powder in charge, adjustment of top and bottom and increase of furnace cylinder cooling intensity, stable and smooth operation of blast furnace had been kept since 2014, circulating cooling water temperature at furnace cylinder decreased, good technical and eco- nomic indexes were obtained.
