摘  要:水钢炼铁厂三高炉制粉系统采用了燃气干燥炉、中速磨制粉、高浓度布袋收粉器、全负压操作,应用了不带脱水装置的烟气自循环工艺。投产以来,自循环风一直调整使用,现系统各参数已基本稳定,中速磨产量已达36t/h,瞬时产量可达40t/h,磨机入口温度为280℃,磨机出口温度为85℃,布袋收粉器出口温度为80℃,含氧率为6%,制粉系统运行平稳,布袋压差为0.4~0.5kPa.系统风量55000-65000m^3/h。The drying furnace with fuel gas, powder mill with medium speed, bag collector of high density powder, operational method with negative pressure and flue gas self circulation technology without dehydration device are used in the coal milling system of No.3 blast furnace in my plant. The self circulation flue gas has been used since the system was put into use. Now, various technological parameters of the system are almost stable, output of the medium speed mill comes up to 36t/h, in- stantaneous producing rate of the mill reaches 40t/h, temperature at entrance of the mill is 280℃, temperature at exit of the mill is 85℃, temperature at exit of the bag collector is 85℃, oxygen content of coal powder is 6%, operation of the system is stable, pressure differential in the bag is 0.4-0.5kPa, blast volume in the system is 55000-65000m^3/h.
