摘　　要：以金融环境中影响资本运营的宏观要素为出发点,探讨它们对养老基金运营风险及效率的作用。研究发现,只有在资本市场相对成熟、稳定的情况下,才能确保养老基金具有较强的保值、增值能力,并能对抗通货膨胀及工资增长对养老金支付造成的压力。结合我国国情,应通过提高养老金利用率、优化投资组合、加强监管力度等手段和途径降低养老金运营风险。Starting from the macro factors affecting the capital operation in financial environment, this article discusses their impacts onthe pension fund operation risk and efficiency.The research finds that only in the condition that capital market is relatively mature andstable, pension fund is ensured to have the strong ability of preserving and increasing value, which can reduce the pressure of pensionpayment by inflation and wage growth.Combined with our national conditions, it presents some measures to decrease pension operationrisk by improving pension utilization, optimizing investment combination, strengthening supervision and so on.
