摘  要:针对现有的两类道化学评价方法中火灾爆炸危险指数(F&EI)修正过程中未对安全措施的影响后果进行分类,使得减少事故损失方面安全措施的积极影响也被施加在单元固有危险程度的降低上,不同程度地夸大了安全措施的效果这一问题,提出了安全措施分类补偿的计算方法,将安全措施分为防护型和减损型,防护型措施与评价单元的固有危险性相联系,而减损型措施与事故后果相联系;在对F&EI进行修正时仅引入防护型安全措施的补偿系数,在计算最大可能财产损失时考虑减损型安全措施的影响,使得评价结果更加客观、准确,为有关人员提供更合理的评价单元危险等级的参考数据。When using the two methods for the F&EI amending in the evaluation of DOW,the effects of se-curity measures are not classified, which causes that the efficiency of the measures are magnified in differentdegrees, for the positive impacts of the loss control measures are applied to the level decrease of the naturerisk in the evaluated unit. To tackle this problem, this paper proposes the offset method of classified securi-ty measures,in which the security measures are divided into protecting type and loss controlling type. Theprotecting type measures are related to the nature risk of the evaluated unit, and the loss controlling typemeasures are ralated to the loss of the unit accident. When calculating the amended F&EI,the offset coeffi-cients of protecting type security measures are involved, and when determining the maximum probableproperty damage, the loss controlling type measures are considered. This method could provide more rea-sonable reference data about the risk unit,because of its more objective and accurate evaluation results.
