多院区公立医院分院区管理部门及岗位设置改革初探

摘　　要：目前,越来越多大型公立医院开拓新建规模相当的分院区以满足患者就医需求,这些相对独立的多院区往往需要更多的管理部门和岗位人员进行管理。随着人均人员费用的逐年增高,对多院区医院管理部门和岗位设置的改革旨在加强大型公立医院多院区之间的有效联动,提高管理效率,降低运营成本。通过对仁济医院分院区(南院区)行政管理架构设计和行政岗位设置改革的分析和探讨,旨在为多院区公立医院管理部门及岗位设置改革提供经验。More and more large scale public hospital begin to build multiple branches in order to enlarge thief scales to meet the increasing demand of the paitents. As the branches are relatively seperated, there are more management departments and positions required. With the increasing costs of the manpower, the innovational design of branch managment departments is to enhance the colabration between multiple branches of the hospital as well as increase the effeicency and lower the costs. This paper, based on the analysis and discussion on the innovaitonal design of one branch （South Branch） of Renji Hospital, provides the experience of the innovaiton.
