摘　　要：通过对首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院实行医院行政总值班巡视制度的人员构成、巡视的范围和方式及巡视的具体内容的阐述,从建立绿色通道、对临床医护人员在岗监督、医疗质量、消防安全、创造和谐医院等方面解读了该制度在医院管理中的作用。同时提出应重视总值班的培训,改变值班人员的构成比例,完善总值班考核评议等建议。The staff structure, the range and mode of executive duty patrol system in Beijing Anzhen Hospital has introduced. The effectiveness of this system are discussed in aspects of establishment of green path, the supervision on medical workers, medical quality, fire safety, and building a harmonious hospital. Suggestions such as pay more attending to executive duty training, changing staff structure and perfecting performance assessment are presented.
