摘　　要：著作权的刑事保护以刑罚的严厉性和教育性充分发挥其法律保护的最后屏障作用,严厉打击侵犯著作权犯罪行为,然而现在立法上对于刑事保护还不够完善,修改犯罪目的,扩大入罪侵权行为方式,完善刑罚体系,打击赝品等完善建议不容忽视,保护著作权发展知识经济是现代综合国力提高的重要方式。In today＇ s world of rapid economic development, intellectual property economy as an emerging economic industry sufficient attention more and more countries, the legal protection of copyright also will be improved, with regard to criminal copyright protection is not to be slack, criminal copyright protection and educational severe penalties last barrier to their full legal protection, to crack down on copyright infringement offenses, but now for the criminal protection legislation is not perfect, revise criminal purpose, expand into crime violations, improve the penalty system, the fight against counterfeit and other sound recommendations can not be ignored, copyright protection is an important way to the development of a modern knowledge-based economy overall national strength increased.
