摘  要:借助EWB软件中的受控源模型,构建共基极复合管放大电路的高频简化等效电路,直接启动仿真所获源电压增益、幅频特性、截止频率,与MATLAB编程计算完全一致.探讨源电压增益下降的斜率,结果与单极点渐进波特图吻合,说明复合管中存在主极点、非主极点现象.信号源内阻改变,同时影响源电压增益和截止频率,得到符合主极点表现为单极点,增益带宽积基本不变的结论,为分析各种复合管放大电路的频率响应提供新方法.Based on the controlled source model in EWB, a high frequency simplified equivalent circuit of common base amplifier with Darlington tubes is founded.The voltage gain, amplitude frequency response and cutoff frequency obtained directly by EWB agree with the results of calculations by MATLAB.The descend- ing slope of source voltage gain is discussed, and the result accords with the unipolar gradual Bode plot;fur- thermore, this result also shows there are dominant poles and non-dominant poles in the Darlington tube.The change of source resistance influences both source voltage gain and cutoff frequency, which leads to a conclu- sion that the dominant pole is a single pale and the gain bandwidth product is unchanged od which can be used to analyze the frequency response of amplifier with Darlington tubes .Thus, a new meth- is provided.
