万德勒的词类次范畴学说及其影响

摘　　要：国内学术界对万德勒的研究作过一些介绍、翻译,但总体来看并不系统,其思想精髓仍需深度探究。万德勒的词类次范畴学说带有原点式的创新性质,他创立动词四分观和抽象名词三分观,明确提出事件名词和名词化的多种途径,影响深远。万德勒的动词四分观对汉语动词的分类具有启发作用,其抽象名词三分观有助于汉语抽象名词的深入研究,其名词化、容器句式理论有利于分析汉语"N的V"结构难题。Introductions or translations about the research of Zeno Vendler,on the whole,are not system-atic,and lacking in the depth. The theory of his sub-categorization in parts of speech is innovative,and has a significant influence. Specifically,he discusses four types of verbs,three types of abstract nouns,event nouns and various types of nominalization. His theory of four types of verbs can be used to illustrate the clarifica-tions of Chinese verbs. His theory of three types of abstract nouns is useful in the further study of Chinese ab-stract nouns. The theory of nominalization sheds light on the analysis of Chinese “N de V”structure.
