摘  要:高校女教师由于受男强女弱思想、多重角色冲突、男权评价体系等因素的影响,导致她们面临发展意识偏弱、职业成就偏差、晋升机会偏少的现实困境。而追求全面发展既是当今时代的重要议题,也是高校女教师发展的理性诉求。高校女教师要走出发展的困境,主要有待于其自身的精神发展、能力发展和个性发展。Influenced by the thought of women being inferior to men, the conflict of their multiple roles, the patriarchal evaluation system and other factors, college female teachers have to face the real dilemmas, i. e. their weak awareness of development, the poor accomplishment in their career, and few opportunities for their personal advancement. Nowadays, it is, however, an important issue as well a rational appeal of college female teachers to pursue an all - round development of themselves. College female teachers should get out of the developing dilemmas, with the focus on their own spiritual development, capacity development and person- ality development.
