摘　　要：对血涂片常规染色的组成、功能、效果的发展历程及其应用前景进行阐述。强调血细胞染色是形态学检查的基础,其染色效果决定血细胞识别的质量,直接影响着血液系统疾病诊断与鉴别诊断的水平。The objection is to state of composition, function, history development and application prospect of routine blood smear staining, in order to stress that blood staining is the basis of morphological diagnosis.The staining effect determines the identification of blood cells and impacts on the level of blood system disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
