摘　　要：随着网络社会的飞速发展,社会管理的视野面临新的拓展;在管理学领域,事实上已经诞生了一门新兴的分支学科——网络社会管理学。网络社会管理的基本特征是主体身份虚拟和自由平等、交流无障碍和互动、信息资源共享等。网络社会管理的主要方法是网络技术的基础监控,网络法规的他律控制,伦理道德的自我约束,正确引导网络舆情,加强网络问政和网络服务,切实提高政府公信力,加强网络伦理道德教育等。With the rapid development of the network society,the vision of social management faces new development; in the management field,in fact,a new branch- the social management of the network has been born. The basic features of network social management are the main body identity virtuality and with freedom equality,communication accessibility and interaction,information resources sharing,etc. The main method of management of network society is a network technology based monitoring,control network and regulations of discipline,ethical and moral self-discipline,correctly guiding the network public opinion,and strengthening the network asks for politics and the network service,and effectively improves the credibility of the government,strengthening network moral education.
