摘　　要：翟磊第四部个人诗词集《洗耳堂诗草》关心时政、爱岗敬业,已经挣脱了格律音韵之限制,进入了格律诗词之自由王国,囿于文史哲典籍之修养熏陶,仍有生造词语者。The fourth personal poetry anthology of Zhai Lei Xi Er Tang Poetry Anthologyshow concern for cur-rent politics and love for and devotion to work, which has shaken off the confinement of rules, forms and rhymes of classical poetic composition, and has entered the free realm of standard and rhythm poems.Constrained by the cul-ture and nurture of ancient books and records in literature, history and philosophy, there is still one innovator, who coins words and expressions.
