基于代谢综合征个体化诊疗平台的中西医信息采集系统的构建

摘　　要：目的构建中西医信息采集系统,既能为代谢综合征个体化诊疗提供信息采集工具,也可作为门诊病历记录工具辅助医生诊疗,进一步研究代谢综合征的中医证候规律,为制定中西医结合治疗方案提供规范化数据,为临床及科研提供依据。方法通过对平台进行需求性、可行性分析,查阅近十年中医信息化研究进展及代谢综合征中西医研究进展情况,制定代谢综合征个体化诊疗平台建立方案;搜集前期研究资料,整理代谢综合征及相关疾病的诊断标准、养生调摄等内容,制定证型判定标准;根据临床需求设计软件界面,设计结构化、标准化系统界面模版,并采用Visual Studio开发软件及C语言初步构建信息采集系统和代谢综合征个体化诊疗平台。结果完成了基于代谢综合征个体化诊疗的信息采集系统。该平台可以实现以下几个功能:初步实现门诊病历录入的结构化、标准化;单机或多客户端联网进行代谢综合征中西医信息采集;将体质调查纳入信息采集,通过大样本临床调查,探究体质与代谢综合征发病的相关性。结论构建出中西医信息采集系统,既满足门诊病历记录需要,又体现出中西医结合特色,全面采集病历信息,为进一步研究代谢综合征提供数据支持。Objective To construct Chinese and Western medicine information collection system which could be used as not only an information collection tool of individualized treatment for metabolic syndromes, but also an outpatient medical record tool to assist clinicians＆#39; diagnosis, and to provide standardized data for making plans of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the basis for clinical treatment and research by further studying the rule of TCM syndromes of metabolic syndrome. Methods The programs of the individualized treatment platform for metabolic syndrome was established through analyzing the demand and feasibility of system and reviewing the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine information technology on metabolic syndrome nearly ten years. The assessment criteria of metabolic syndrome types was established through collecting the information of preliminary research, organizing the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome and related diseases, and promoting health preserving. The software inter-face and structured and standardized system interface template were designed according to clinical need, and then infor-mation collection system and individualized treatment platform of metabolic syndrome were initially built using the Visual Studio development software and the C #. Results The information collection system based on individualized treatment of metabolic syndromes was established. The system could initially finish the structured and standard entry for outpatient medical record, collect compositive information of metabolic syndrome through singly or multi-client on network, include physical investigation, and explore the correlation between physical constitution and metabolic syndrome through gathering large sample of clinical investigation for metabolic syndrome.
