ZrO_2对离心SHS陶瓷内衬复合钢管组织及性能的影响

摘  要:针对Al-Fe2O3铝热体系,采用离心自蔓延高温合成法制备出陶瓷内衬复合钢管。在SiO2质量分数为4%,Ni质量分数为1%的条件下,研究了不同质量分数的ZrO2添加剂对复合管组织结构及力学性能的影响。XRD分析表明,陶瓷层的主要成分为α-Al2O3、还有少量Al2SiO5,FeAl2O4,ZrO2存在。SEM观察发现陶瓷层与过渡层结合良好。利用电子万能力学实验机测试了复合钢管的压溃强度,结果表明,加入8%(质量分数)ZrO2的复合钢管的压溃强度达到353MPa,比未加入添加剂的试样提高了22.6%。测试结果表明陶瓷层致密度可达94.4%。Ceramic-lined composite steel pipes were prepared by using centrifugal-SHS on the basic of A1- Fe20:~ system. With the condition of adding 4% SiO2 and 1% Ni, the effect of different amount of ZrO2 on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of composite steel pipes was studied. By means of SEM analysis, XRD and mechanical tests, the results show that the ceramic layer consists of main crystal phase of a-Al2O3, with small amount phases of A12SiO5 MPa under 8%(in mass) ZrO2, 22.6% to 94.4% with the condition of adding FeAlzO4, and ZrO2. The crushing strength of the composite pipe was 353 greater than without additives added. The density of ceramic layer is up 8% ZrO2.
