摘 要:大国经济增长主要依赖内需驱动,选择消费主导型增长模式。在分析消费主导型大国特征基础上,文章设计了测量消费主导型大国经济的指标体系。依据大国经济2011年的数据,按照等权重计算方法测度了GDP排名世界前18位国家的消费主导型程度。结果表明:不同类型国家的增长模式选择不同;处于不同发展阶段的国家消费主导型程度不同,经济增长模式最终趋于消费主导型;中国还不是消费主导型大国,尚处于从投资主导向消费主导的转型阶段。对消费主体、消费客体、消费环境、经济发展阶段和政策导向等方面分析表明,中国具备向消费主导型转型的条件,应积极促进中国经济向消费主导增长转型。Power mainly relies on domestic demand to driveconsumption-led growth model. On the basis of analyzing the powereconomic growth, by choosingcharacteristic with consumptionleading, the paper designs an index system to measure consumption leading powers. Based on the powerdata of 2011, we measure the rank of Consumption Leading Powers with the method of such as the weightof GDP ranked the top 18 in the world. The results showed that it is different for different kinds ofcountries with different types to choose the growth pattern choices. And it is also different for differentstages countries, but at last it will be consumption leading as for economic growth mode. It is notconsumption leading power for China, which is in the midst of a transition from investment toconsumption. In view of the consumption subject, consumption object, consumption environment, Chinaposses the transition qualification to be consumption leading, which the policy should be promote thetransition.
