高效液相色谱法测定通塞益脑口服液中α-细辛脑含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定通塞益脑口服液中石菖蒲所含α-细辛脑含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Hedera-ODS-2 C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（55：45），检测波长257nm。结果α-细辛脑质量浓度在10．5～105μg／mL范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．49％，RSD为2．45％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、重复性好，分离度好，测定结果准确可靠，可用于通塞益脑口服液中α-细辛脑的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of α- asarone in Tongsaiyinao Oral Solution. Methods The Hedera-ODS-2 C18 culumn（250 mm×4. 6mm, 5 μm）column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water （55： 45） and the detection wavelength was at 257 nm. Results α-asarone showed a linear relationship within the concentration range of 10.5-105 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.49%, and RSD=2.45% （n=6）.Conclusion The proposed method appered to be simple, rapid, reliable, sensitive and accurate. It is available to the content determination of Tongsaiyinao Oral Solution.
