我院注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的使用情况,以规范临床的合理应用。方法对2013年6月至2014年5月医院出院患者注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的用量和科室分布进行回顾性分析,并统计其溶剂、给药途径、用药疗程及联合使用其他止血药物情况。结果尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶使用量最高的科室为普外科;抽取的806份病例中,药物溶剂选择合理率为82.88%,给药途径以静脉注射为主,给药疗程与联合使用其他止血药物无药品不良事件发生。结论医院注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的临床应用较规范,但在应用范围和药物溶剂方面有待进一步提高。Objective To investigate the status quo of the application of hemocoagulase agkistrodon （HCA） in the hospital to guide its clinical rational use. Methods The consumption quantity and department distribution of HCA between June 2013 and May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively; meanwhile, the route of administration of HCA, course of treatment and combined use of other hemostatie medicine were analyzed statistically. Results Between June 2013 and May 2014, HCA for injection in the hospital was most used in the Department of General Surgery, of the 806 cases selected, the reasonable selection of solvent rate was 82.88%. The drugs were administered mainly through intravenous drip infusion, and adverse events didn＇t occur by combinational application. Conclusion The clinical application of hemocoagulase agkistrodon for injection in the hospital is standard, however, its range of application and menstruum of administration remain to be further improved.
