摘　　要：目的分析2011年至2013年成都地区11家医院抗肿瘤药物临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据,为生产、营销和使用提供参考。方法统计"医院处方分析"课题中成都地区11家样本医院提供的2011年至2013年抗肿瘤药物中各大类及品种金额、份额、增长率、复合年增长率、用药频度(DDDs)等,结合临床应用进行分析。结果 3年来抗肿瘤药物需求量迅速增长,销售金额、DDDs呈上升趋势,抗代谢类药物一直居销售排行榜首,其中替吉奥近两年来药物单品种销售金额及DDDs均居首位。结论成都地区医院抗肿瘤药物用量呈上升趋势,开发高效、低毒、价廉的抗肿瘤药物是当今迫切的任务。Objective To investigate the utilization trend of anti- tumor agents in the 11 hospitals in Chengdu for reference of clinical rational drug use during 2011- 2013. Methods Data for anti- tumor agents in 11 hospitals of Chengdu during 2011- 2013 were used to count the sales, shares, growth rates, DDDs and compound annual growth rate of statistical categories and varieties, which were analyzed by combination with their application in clinic. Results The anti- tumor agents used in Chengdu hospitals continue to grow up during the 3 years. The anti- metabolism agents sales has been the first during 3 years, and the sales amount and DDDs of the maximum is TS- 1. Conclusion The use of anti- tumor drugs assumes an increasingly important role in clinical treatment. Development of high efficiency, low toxicity, low price of the anti- tumor agents is the urgent task.
