平阳霉素碘油乳剂治疗肝血管瘤的临床及超声学疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨超声在平阳霉素碘油乳剂治疗肝血管瘤疗效评价中的作用。方法选择2013年2月至2015年2月医院收治的肝血管瘤患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予明胶海绵颗粒行介入治疗,观察组给予平阳霉素碘油乳剂联合明胶海绵颗粒行介入治疗。结果超声检查和总胆汁酸监测显示,治疗后,两组患者均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,与对照组的8.00%相当(P>0.05)。结论平阳霉素碘油乳剂用于肝血管瘤的治疗,能显著提高临床疗效,安全性好;超声作为一种有效的检查手段,在诊断和治疗中均具有重要作用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma by Pingyang Lipiodol Emulsion. Methods 50 cases of hepatic hemangioma patients from February 2015 to February 2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with the combination of Pingyang Lipiodol Emulsion and gelatin sponge particles. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared, the liver ultrasonic imaging and serum total bile acid changes before and after treatment were observed, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment, the ultrasound examination and total bile acid monitoring showed that the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was better than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 80. 00%, which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was 12.00%, which had no statistically significant difference with 8.00% of the control group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of hepatic hemangioma with Pingyang Lipiodol Emulsion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with good safety; the ultrasonic as an effective means of examination plays are important role in the diagnosis and treatment, and is worth of clinical promotion.
