摘  要:为了探索施用生物印楝肥和茶枯肥,植物生长调节剂海藻素和芸苔素内酯4种外源物质对烤烟烟叶品质的影响,分别采用盆栽和田间试验研究施用4种外源物质后烤烟烟叶化学成分含量的变化,并对不同处理烤烟烟叶的总糖、还原性糖、总氮、烟碱、钾等化学成分含量变化进行综合分析。结果表明:盆栽试验,根施茶枯肥和叶面喷施海藻素,烤烟烟叶烟碱含量分别降低27.83%和40.55%,根施印楝肥,钾含量增加26.02%;田间试验,根施印楝肥和茶枯肥,叶面喷施芸苔素内酯和海藻素,烤烟烟叶烟碱含量分别降低13.67%、19.81%、9.91%和23.11%,根施印楝肥,茶枯肥和叶面喷施芸苔素内酯,钾含量分别增加47.06%、10.92%和50.42%。结论:根施印楝肥、茶枯肥和叶面喷施植物生长调节剂海藻素和芸苔素内酯烤烟烟叶中的烟碱和总氮含量下降,钾、总糖和还原糖含量上升。In order to explore four exogenous materials,neem fertilizer, tea cake fertilizer, plant growth regulators of algin and brassinolides,on quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf, here, contents of total sugar,reducing sugar, total nitrogen,nicotine and potassium in leaf were studied by using pot and field experiments.The results showed that application of tea cake fertilizer and plant growth regulator of algin decreased the contents of tobacco leaf nicotine by 27.83% and 40.55%,and application of neem fertilizer increased potassium contents by 26.02% in pot experiment,respectively.In field experiments,the contents of tobacco leaf nicotine were reduced 13.67%,19.81%,9.91% and 23.11% in the application of neem fertilizer, tea cake fertilizer and plant growth regulators of algln and hrassinolides,repecfively,whereas a potassium contents were increased 47.06%,10.92% and 50.42%, respectively.In conclusion,the contents of tobacco leaf nicotine and total nitrogen were decreased; the potsasium,total sugar and reducing sugar were increased by application of neem fertilizer,tea cake fertilizer and plant growth regulators of algin and brassinolides.
