摘 要:近年来刚柔混合衬砌渠道发展迅速,这种渠道为混凝土衬砌板-复合土工膜-渠基土壤为一体的全断面衬砌结构,而混凝土衬砌板与复合土工膜、复合土工膜与渠基土壤的接触特性直接影响着工程的稳定性。本文针对引额济克大断面梯形刚柔混合衬砌渠道,在室内试验的基础上,基于弹塑性力学基本理论、应变软化基本理论和邓肯-张基本理论,采用有限元方法对刚柔混合衬砌渠道的接触特性进行了数值模拟,得出了复合土工膜与渠基土壤结构接触面的剪切变形和位移的分布规律。模拟结果表明:最大位移和应力变形发生在渠道坡板与底板交界处,说明在交界产生应力集中现象;应力值随渠道断面高程增加而减小,自重效应明显,渠道混合衬砌结构所承受的应力和变形在合理范围内。上述结果可为分析和评价刚柔混合衬砌渠道边坡稳定性提供依据。In recently yeas, the rigid mixed lining channels develops rapidly. The channel for the full section lining structure of concrete lining plate of composite geomembrane-canal foundation soil as a whole, the stress characteristics of the contact parts of concrete lining plate-composite geomembrane and composite geomembrane-canal base soil directly affect the long-term operation stability of Engineering. According to the amount of the large section of rigid mixed lining channels of the water diversion from Elgin Francis River to Karamay , the indoor test, the theory of Elastic-plastic mechanics and Strain softening and Duncan-Chang, numerical simulation of mixed rigid lining channels' contact characteristics is conducted using the Finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The distribution rule of the composite geomembrane and canal base soil structure interface' shear deformation and displacement is obtained. The calculation results show that: The maximum displacement and stress deformation occurin the junction of the channel slope plate and the bottom plate, exhbiting the phenomenon of stress concentration. The stress value decreases with channel height increasing,the weight effect is obvious. The channel on the stress and deformation distribution and magnitude is reasonable. It provides a basis for the analysis and evaluation of slope stability of the rigid mixed lining channels.
