摘  要:在全球能源危机的背景下,被动式建筑是当今节能建筑设计发展的主流。本文针对新疆严寒地区气候特征和地域特点,基于被动式技术设计对新疆石河子地区农宅进行节能设计,得到节能农宅的设计方案从而达到节约传统能源的目的。本文提出的节能农宅设计方案主要结合被动式太阳能空调系统的优点,利用被动式技术和可再生能源太阳能,并设置地下室被动地利用地热能;设计方案主要考虑建设场地、住宅平面布局、太阳能光热和地热资源利用以及外窗的被动式设计,提出2种节能农宅被动式设计方案。节能计算结果表明:2种方案的被动式太阳房太阳能贡献率均已超过50%,被动式太阳房节能率均能达到60%以上。这2种设计方案推广应用性强,能为新疆美丽乡村建设中的绿色节能住宅设计提供参考。Under the background of the global energy crisis, nowadays, the passive construction is the mainstream of the development of energy-saving building design. This study is on the designing scheme of the integration of passive system and rural housing in severe cold areas bases on the climatic and geographical characteristics in severe cold areas in Xinjiang Shihezi to get energy saving farmhouse design scheme so as to achieve the purpose of the traditional energy saving. Combining the advantages of passive solar air conditioning system, the design is added the passive design technology and renewable energy solar power and set a basement passive for using the geothermal energy. The design scheme is considered from the following aspects: the construction site, the residential layout, and the utilization of solar-thermal and geothermal resources, and the passive design of external windows. This paper puts forward two kinds of integration designing schemes. The energy saving calculation results show that this two kinds of schemes have the passive solar houses's solar contribution of above 50%, and energy-saving rate can reach more than 60%. This imphes that the design scheme can provide the references for the environmentally friendly housing design in rural construction in Xinjiang.
