摘 要:为了解决破碎发射药无法通过几何方法直接计算形状特征量的难题,基于起始动态活度比理论,利用全局连续分段最小二乘曲线拟合方法,建立了一种确定破碎发射药等效形状特征量的方法。通过发射装药动态挤压破碎试验得到了不同破碎程度的发射药,并进行了密闭爆发器试验。利用建立的方法计算了破碎发射药的等效形状特征量,计算结果与试验结果最大相对误差仅为1.81%,说明该方法合理可行,为研究发射药破碎情况提供了一种有效的方法。The shape characteristic parameters of fractured propellants can't be obtained by geometrical method. Aiming at this problem, an equivalent method was established by global con- tinuous curve fitting method of piecewise least square fitting, and this method was based on the theory of initial dynamic vivacity ratio. The propellant grains with different fracture degrees were Obtained by dynamic compression experiments,and the grains were tested in a closed bomb. The corresponding equivalent shape characteristic parameters were calculated by established method. The most relative error was only 1.81 % between calculated results and experiment results. The result shows that the method is reasonable and workable. The study provides an effective method to research the fracture degree of propellant grains.
