摘 要:为了研究描述密闭爆发器固体发射药点火燃烧一致性的通用方法,并验证固体发射药等离子体点火的优越性,提出基于平均值和标准差的一致性因子来表征密闭爆发器固体发射药点火燃烧的一致性,进行了固体发射药等离子体点火和常规点火一致性对比实验。通过对比研究主要参数的一致性,分析固体发射药等离子体点火性能。研究表明,该一致性因子可以用于描述和分析密闭爆发器固体发射药点火燃烧一致性。固体发射药等离子体点火的点火延迟和最大膛压的一致性都好于常规点火,验证了固体发射药等离子体点火的优越性。In order to study a general method for describing the consistency of the solid propellant ignition in closed bomb and verify the superiority of plasma ignition for solid propellant, the con- sistency factor based on the mean and standard deviation was proposed to characterize the consistency of the plasma ignition in closed bomb. Both plasma ignition experiments and regular ignition experiments were carried out. Performance of plasma ignition was analyzed by comparing the consistency of main parameters. The research shows that the consistency factor can be used to describe and analyze the consistency of the solid propellant ignition and combustion. The study also shows that the plasma ignition of solid propellant has more excellent ignition delay consistency and maximum pressure consistency. The regularity and superiority of plasma ignition for solid propellant are verified.
