摘 要:利用25个微卫星标记对3个世代杜民杂交猪进行基因杂合度遗传学检测,统计产仔数、初生重、初生窝重、21日龄重以及21日龄窝重等繁殖性状。通过基因杂合度与繁殖性状间相关分析,结果表明,随着选育世代增加,群体平均杂合度呈逐代降低趋势;3个世代群体平均杂合度变化趋势与各个繁殖性状变化趋势基本一致;基因杂合度与产仔数、初生窝重间呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.615和0.640。由此可见,选育群体基因杂合度的变化对产仔数和初生窝重等繁殖性状有显著影响。The polymorphism of 25 microsatellites was analyzed in three generation Du Min pigs, Average heterozygosity and other genetic parameters were calculated in each group, reproductive traits(litter size, birth weight, neonatal litter weight, 21 day weight, 21 day litter weight), correlation index and changing trend between microsatellite heterozygosity and reproductive traits were also calculated. The results showed that average heterozygosity was gradually decreased with the increase of generation; The variaUon trend of average heterozygosity was consistent with that of each reproductive trait; There was a significantly positive correlation between genetic heterozygosity and neonatal litter weight, litter size(P〈0.01), the correlation indices were 0.615 and 0.640, respectirely. It followed that the change of genetic heterozygosity of breeding populaUon has great effect on litter size and neonatal litter weight.
